Taylor Swift is loving Liverpool!
The pop superstar, 34, played her second Eras Tour show at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool, England, on Friday, June 14, and a video posted on X (formerly Twitter) showed her praising the “beautiful” crowd.
“I just want to say, on an individual basis, this is one of the most expressive, genuine, generous, beautiful crowds I’ve ever gotten to play for,” Swift began. “I’ve made so many best friends out here tonight, you have no idea.”
“I’m so lucky to get to play a show with people like you wanting to come to it. Thank you so, so, so much for that. I love you Liverpool. Thank you,” she continued.
Swift’s second Liverpool show also saw her perform the 2016 hit “This Is What You Came For” by Rihanna and Swift’s ex Calvin Harris, which marked the first time during the Eras Tour that she has performed a song during her acoustic “surprise song” set that wasn’t originally released under her name.
A video posted on X showed her talking to the crowd ahead of performing the track, telling them, “Every single time I have an acoustic set, I’m always trying to think of things you might want to hear — maybe things that might be a little bit unexpected,”
She added, “Let’s see how we did tonight.”

The previous night, Thursday, June 13, marked a major milestone for the singer — her 100th Eras Tour show.
During the concert, Swift took a special moment to tell the crowd that the tour would be coming to a close at the end of the year.
“A lot of you are like, ‘How are you going to celebrate the 100th show?’ ” Swift said in footage captured and posted online by a fan. “The celebration of the 100th show for me means this is the very first time I’ve acknowledged to myself and admitted that this tour is going to end in December.”
Following the show, the singer stayed up late to watch a live stream of her boyfriend Travis Kelcereceive his Super Bowl LVIII ring during the Kansas City Chiefs ring ceremony. The athlete was joined by Patrick Mahomes and their other teammates.
Swift will play her final Liverpool Eras Tour show on Saturday, June 15, before heading to Cardiff in Wales.
