Rick Ross has once again earned Fat Joe‘s respect, this time for how he’s managed to turn a profit on his $5 million Atlanta mansion.

During an episode of his Instagram Live show in mid-June, Joey Crack saluted Rozay for making his money back on said property investment by hosting his annual car show on the 235-acre estate.

“By the way, Rick Ross – this guy, he bought a mansion in Atlanta I think for $5 million,” the New York City native said. “Everybody thought he was crazy, and he wound up throwing car shows in his house, paying the whole shit back in full and owning the house for free. The man is just an entrepreneur genius. It’s just not way around that.”

This is a sentiment Joe has expressed before. Just last year, he saluted the Florida native for taking control of his finances by running his operations out of his home and still making millions of dollars.

In 2023, Rick Ross estimated that his estate, which he’s dubbed ‘The Promise Land,’ will be worth $75 million in the near future after his housing projects are brought to fruition.

In March, he revealed his master plan to upgrade the porcelain floors to take the building to the next level with a $5 million investment.

“I’m about to spend $5 million on porcelain floors on the entire Promise Land — 55,000 square feet. I wanted to see what two slabs would look like side-by-side,” he said. “Antolini, made in Italy. No, this is none of that other stuff; this is made in Italy.”

He continued: “There won’t be no carpet nowhere. It’s only Antolini. Right here, you going to see them veins. I told them I want the veins to be running together, and then on that side, I’m going to make a lap. That bitch going to be like, ‘Antolini, Antolini, Antolini.’”

Ricky clearly isn’t afraid of opening his wallet to enhance his luxurious mansion. The year prior, he upgraded his brunch area with a custom table made from a 757 airplane engine.

“I just had my table delivered, been waiting on this a long time,” he said about the item. “This is my amazing brunch area, but guess what we did? I bought a motor from a 757 airliner. That’s right, an airplane! A 757 airliner.

“Had the blades polished, had the lights inserted. I can change the lights any color I want to. Had the table top – the top glass – cut. This is a Ricky Rozay customization.”
