Kendrick Lamar will get to eat for free for life at the Compton-based burger spot featured in the “Not Like Us” video.

TMZ caught up with the owner of the Compton branch of Tam’s Burgers, Spiro Vovos, on Thursday (July 11). Vovos’ father, who owns the chain, previously told the outlet that business spiked upwards of 40 percent following the 4th of July release of the video.

In the new conversation, the younger Vovos said that though traffic has gone back to its regular cadence, they’re still so grateful for the opportunity and will now give the Compton rapper his pick of the menu forever.

They also had a mural erected on the side of the building that’s dedicated to the song.

In the video, Kendrick Lamar and Mustard pull up to Tam’s in a Lambo and spend some time both inside and outside of the spot. Having known Kendrick since he was a teen, the owners didn’t charge for the filming and instead just worked out a deal to have their logo be prominent in the clip.

K.Dot released the eagerly anticipated video for his chart-topping diss song “Not Like Us” last Thursday evening, and it features several Easter eggs aimed at his fierce rival.

Drake’s OVO logo serves as ample ammo for Kendrick, as he’s seen busting an owl-shaped piñata wide open with a broom handle and staring menacingly at an owl locked in a cage.

Another scene shows him dancing to the Mustard-produced banger with his fiancée Whitney Alford and their two children, who were dragged into the feud by Drake.

In an even subtler dig at Drizzy, the video is co-directed by and includes a cameo from Kendrick’s longtime manager Dave Free, who was accused of possibly fathering of one of his pgLang partner’s kids.

As of this writing, the music video has surpassed a whopping 49 million views in one week.
