Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez appear to be on separate coasts ahead of the Fourth of July holiday.
While the 54-year-old actress and singer has been spotted in her native New York City this week, Affleck, 51, was photographed heading to his office in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 3.
The Oscar winner rocked a dark-colored suit for his office appearance in L.A. on Wednesday, with his wedding band visible on his left hand and an iced coffee in his other hand.
Lopez also wore her wedding ring on Monday, July 1, as she was snapped out and about in the Big Apple. The Atlas star was dressed in a white crop top with the words “JLO BE MY MAMA” printed in bold, black letters, paired with Acne Studios Super Baggy Fit Jeans.
Affleck recently wrapped filming The Accountant 2, a sequel to his 2016 action film, in Los Angeles.
As for Lopez, she recently starred in her latest Coach campaign and confirmed that her production company, Nuyorican, is working with Netflix on a series adaptation of Emily Henry’s young-adult novel Happy Place.
She also jetted off on a trip to Europe last month that included a shopping trip in southern Italy, a boat day on the Amalfi Coast and a front-row seat at the Christian Dior Haute Couture fall/winter 2024-2025 show in Paris.
A source told PEOPLE on June 28 that Affleck and Lopez, who wed in 2022 after rekindling their early-2000s relationship the previous year, are “focused on their separate lives” this summer.
The insider, who is close to the Monster-in-Law actress, added that she and Affleck do not “have any summer plans together.”
Also on June 28, a source told PEOPLE that Affleck was moving his belongings out of his shared home with Lopez, more than one month after PEOPLE first reported that the pair were living separately in L.A. as they dealt with tension in their marriage.
“Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,” another insider said. “He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”
Lopez and Affleck put the mansion they have shared together in Beverly Hills since June 2023 on the market earlier that month, a source told PEOPLE.
Affleck is a dad to three kids with ex-wife Jennifer Garner: Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. Lopez shares two kids, 16-year-old twins Emme and Max, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.
