Jason Kelce Shares Why You’ll Get an ‘Immediate No’ If You Ask Him for Taylor Swift Tickets
“Thankfully I don’t get a lot of people reaching out,” the former NFL star said on ‘The Rich Eisen Show’ of people asking him for tickets to Swift’s tour
Jason Kelce is close to his brother Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift, but don’t expect him to be dishing out tickets to her shows anytime soon.
On the latest episode of The Rich Eisen Show, which aired on Monday, Nov. 25, Jason, 37, spoke about how it’s been a “whirlwind of events” over the past couple of years for him and his family.
The Philadelphia Eagles alum mentioned the attention his and Travis’ New Heights podcast had been getting, as well as the Kansas City Chiefs winning the Super Bowl again earlier this year and Travis dating one of the biggest pop stars out there.
“So, would you say more no to people asking you to do something for them professionally, or asking for tickets to a Taylor Swift concert?” Eisen asked the former NFL star.
Jason responded, “Thankfully I don’t get a lot of people reaching out for Taylor Swift tickets…it is an immediate no. But, I don’t get a lot of that.”
Jason pointed out his stance on Taylor tickets wasn’t because the musician, 34, hadn’t offered him any to give out to his nearest and dearest.
“Taylor has said she will take care of anybody that I ask for,” the dad of three — soon to be four — insisted. “She does say that, she’s great, but I still say no to everybody.”
“I’m not gonna be the one to impose on that, I don’t wanna put that position out there…” he explained. “She’s been nothing but lovely to our family, she’s a wonderful person and I don’t want that to kind of be a dynamic.”
“She’s giving you the clear path to the tickets, and you’re just shutting it down?” the host questioned, as Jason clarified, “Yeah.”
“Makes sense, because after a while, once, twice, three [times…]” Eisen admitted, as Jason commented, “Where’s the line? Exactly, so I’m not even broaching the line, I’m staying away from the line.”

Jason has attended multiple Eras Tour shows since he and his wife Kylie saw their first concert in London back on June 21.
On Oct. 18, the couple took their two eldest daughters — Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 3 — to their first show of Swift’s, with a fan posting a TikTok video of them and Donna Kelce walking around the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami. Jason and Kylie, who have another baby girl on the way, weren’t pictured with their youngest daughter Bennett, 21 months, who didn’t appear to be in attendance at the gig.
Ahead of taking his daughters to the show, Jason had previously revealed that, like their Uncle Travis, his daughters were Swifties. During a Sept. 4 appearance on the Pivot Podcast, he said after sharing his love for Taylor’s The Tortured Poets Departmenttrack, “I Can Do It with a Broken Heart,” that Elliotte was also a fan of the song.
“There’s a line in that where ‘I’m a real tough kid. I can handle my s—,’ ” Jason told the podcast. “Ellie’s 3 years old and she says, ‘I’m a real tough kid. I can handle my stuff.’ That’s all I hear on a daily basis, because it gets a laugh out of me every time.”
